This solution provide for

  1. Maintaining of negative pressure in the laboratories by modulation of fan speed through variable speed drive and exhaust air dampers.
  2. Room temperatures and humidity control using cooling valves and heater element.
  3. Energy management features like optimise start/stop timing and occupancy overwrite.
  4. Operator interface to system's various setpoints and displaying of crucial data.
  5. Software interlocking between air handling unit and exhaust fan.
  6. Firestat for high temperature limit in supply air duct to bypass heater in the event of over heating.
  7. Temperatures, humidity and room pressure logging and runtime totalization for mechanical equipment. 
  8. Fully configurable control strategy.
